The basics: It was 1990 when I arrived from Mexico to USA. Life brought me here in a series of synchronicities.
I spent my first year in Aspen Colorado, a truly magical experience my first winter in the snow, then I moved to San Diego California where my grandparents lived.

Professionally: After almost 20 years building a successful career in the corporate world, somewhere around 2009, I left feeling completely burn-out. I allowed divine discontent to guide me into following my heart and to pursue my love for yoga and traveling. I have never looked back.
I taught yoga for several years — teaching was truly an amazing experience, however life has taken me "on a detour", and I have yet to return to teaching since my boy was born. Now that he is in school, I plan on getting back into teaching.
In the past few years I have continued to further my studies and I have achieved certifications in various healing arts.
Two of which I am in the process of completing"I will continue to update this website with details about the different options of services I'll be offering.".
“Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about those who don’t. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just said it would be worth it.”
Follow your inner guidance and trust the process.
The light in me honors and salutes the light within you.
